BOOKING POLICY

Scheduled bookings are first come, first served. A non-refundable $50 deposit is mandatory to complete all booking confirmation. The deposit ensures your date and time requested of RSM services and will be subtracted from your total cost.

If any unforeseen events may occur prior to scheduled date, you may reschedule but only to the next available open date.

RSM accepts Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and QuickPay. (RSM carries square for immediate payment upon service date).

Punctuality Agreement

At RSM, we value your time in hopes that you’ll value ours. In doing so, your session or our service starts at the agreed booked time. If an unforeseen event occurs for a client’s late arrival, extended time may granted considering gaps between sessions…otherwise, session or service must be rescheduled to the next available open date.

Travel Fee

A $40 fee will be added to the total cost of session or service to any location outside of Baton Rouge. A negotiation by phone will take place for any area outside of Louisiana. Fee must be paid in addition with booking confirmation.

Turnaround Product Agreement

To insure RSM customers receives quality satisfaction, productivity may take time depending on the complexity and quantity of service paid for.

For images, standard turnaround is 1-3 days (4-5 depending on complexity and quantity).

For film, standard turnaround is 3-5 days (6-7 depending on complexity).
